Job Title: Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
A Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales and acquiring new customers over the phone. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining product or service features, answering questions, and closing sales. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold call lists.
Sales Pitch: Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve any emerging problems.
Follow-up: Follow up on sales leads, provide quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Database Management: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Feedback: Provide feedback on customer preferences, potential improvements, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
**Skills**:Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and goal-driven.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
