Full Job Description
**Administration.**
- Efficient and courteous handling of all customer service enquiries.
- Administer the appropriate filing and archiving of all Rowing WA records;
- Provide administrative support to the Client.
- Compile correspondence and reports directed by management.
- Attend meetings and liaise with other organisations and individuals on matters as required;
- Undertaking special projects as directed by the Management.
**Bookkeeping / Accounting**
- Accurate processing and timely completion of all financial tasks (as per Australian Standards) including but not limited to:Processing of supplier invoices
Financial data entry into the accounting system
Reconciliation of company credit/debit cards
Maintenance of supplier accounts
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Bank Reconciliation
Processing of BAS, PAYG and payroll
Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts and audit requirements.
Monitoring internal financial controls
Preparation of monthly and management financial reports.
- Support implementation of relevant financial policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register and associated depreciation.
- Ensure the maintenance and security of relevant records, statistics and financial information relating to the organisation’s activities, including for reporting purposes.
- Assistance with relevant financial enquiries from Client and provide additional financial support.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing wholesale partners.
- Compile and organize month-end financial data for submission to our client's external accounting firm.
- Gather and prepare employee payroll data for submission to the external accounting firm.
**Skills Required**:
1) MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Paint)
2) Accounting Software (XERO and MYOB Preferable)
**English communication and Advanced level of** **MS office including excel will be given preference.**

Amin 4 Pty Ltd is Australian based private company and manager various business including providing various services.
We are starting to add accounting services to our clients and we need Finance and Operations officer to look after Finance and payroll for our clients. We will hire more staff as we grow to maintain work load of all employees.
