**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including preparing interview materials and questions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
