The job involves helping the student to build self-confidence as well as to promote positive interaction in the classroom by helping him/ her focus on important concepts and overall development of social and behavioral skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be present and assist the student during class hours.Improve communication and behavioral skills in social settings.
- Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums
- Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
- Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
- Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs
- Encourage him/her to ask for help from his/her teachers.
- Engaging the students in various activities of self-growth Requirement
- Ability to function in an environment where there are many distractions.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching.
- Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees.
- Experience in developing and delivering training content.
- Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)Compassionate, empathetic and an understanding individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
