
Customer Support Executive

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
2. Provide information about the products and services
3. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
4. Document and update customer records based on interactions
5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Good communicator with strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Strong analytical skills
Team player who is willing to learn and able to share knowledge.
Availability to work in shifts and during weekends
Basic Knowledge of Computer (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
