**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Handling software implementation, training and customer support.
- Providing software demos and presentations in schools.
- Creating and maintaining positive client relationships to build business.
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints within required guidelines.
- Building and maintaining relationships in support of customer onboarding and retention.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving Skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Professional approach in answering calls.
- Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or customer care executive is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and mobile apps.
- Should be willing to travel as per requirement.
