**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Akshar Machining Solutions based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Shell Lubricants to potential and existing clients through effective sales techniques and presentations.
- Follow the sales process diligently, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target new customer segments.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on new product launches and existing product benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for new product introductions.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Science (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
