- Train and guide junior staff in tandoor techniques and preparation methods.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
- Expertise in Indian tandoori cooking techniques and food presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary certification or diploma preferred but not mandatory.
