**Channel Partner - Bank Recovery & Legal Operations (50% Profit Share)**

**Job Overview**

We are inviting **Retired Bankers, and Recovery Professionals** to join as **Channel Partners** in our fast-growing **Bank Recovery & Legal Operations Network**.

As a Channel Partner, you will manage **bank empanelment, case coordination, recovery operations, and local advocate network** in your state. In return, you will receive **50% share of net profit** from the work handled in your territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Get empanelled with Banks & Financial Institutions for recovery/legal work.
- Coordinate SARFAESI, DRT, NIA 138, PSSA 25, Commercial Court & Recovery suits.
- Build & manage local team of **advocates, LFAs (Local Field Associates), and staff**.
- Ensure **timely filings, hearings, and recovery notices**.
- Maintain daily/weekly **MIS reports** with Head Office.
- Represent the company/bank in local/state courts (and travel across India when required).
- **Retired Bank Officers (Manager/AGM/DGM/Recovery Head)** preferred.
- Senior Advocates / Legal professionals with recovery exposure may also apply.
- Strong understanding of **NPA recovery, SARFAESI, and litigation procedures**.
- Excellent networking with banks & courts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage operations independently.
