**Role Overview**

We are looking for a professional and confident **Telecaller** to manage communication with potential clients and students from our Mareine Lines office. The role involves explaining Vedvidhi’s consultation services and educational courses, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain Vedvidhi’s courses, consultations, and offerings clearly and politely.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records, update CRM, and follow up with interested leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
- Good listening skills and a calm, professional tone.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM).
- Positive and responsible attitude toward work.
