Position Title: Retail Sales (Jewellery Showroom)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 3-10 years in jewellery sales
**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.

Build rapport to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.

2. Sales

Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.

Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items and related products.

Process sales transactions and manage point-of-sale systems.

3. Product Knowledge

Stay updated on jewellery trends, materials, designs, and features.

Explain product details such as purity, design, and care instructions to customers.

4. Showroom Maintenance

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Arrange and display jewellery pieces to attract customers.

5. Inventory Management

Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback, loyalty programs, and promotions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury products.

**Skills**:

- **Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.**_

Sales and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.

Basic computer skills for billing and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
