Position: Retail Planner

**Experience**: 5-10 Years (Preferably in Retail Fashion Stores)

**CityKart Store Pvt Ltd** is looking for a **Retail Planner** who is passionate about retail planning and merchandising. If you have a keen eye for numbers, trends, and strategy, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage **Seasonal OTB** and **Option Plans**.
- Track key performance metrics**:Sales, Sell-through %, Inward & Outward movements**.
- Monitor and manage **Markdown Strategy** to optimize sell-through and maximize margin.
- Prepare and manage **Product/Category-level P&L Statements**.
- Collaborate with Finance to align merchandise planning with overall financial targets.
- Recommend actions to improve **Gross Margin**, reduce inventory risk, and enhance **Cash Flow**.
- Work closely with **Buying, Marketing, VM**, and **Finance Teams** to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain optimal **Inventory Levels** to drive profitability.
- Analyze trends & forecast demand to support effective merchandise planning.
- Provide insights and performance reports to **Senior Management** for strategic decision-making.
