**Job Title**:Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the production of Electric Vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities, plan and schedule production workflows to meet production targets.
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and training.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Communicate production status, issues and concerns to the team
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production supervision
- Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, logical and analytical skills

Location: Perundurai

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
