**Job Title**: Yarn Dyeing Supervisor

**Location**: SIPCOT Industrial Park, Perundurai, Tamil Nadu
**Department**: Dyeing
**Reports To**: Dyeing Manager / Production Manager
**Experience Required**: 5+ years in yarn dyeing (preferably with cone dyeing process)
**Education**: Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology or equivalent

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of yarn dyeing processes (e.g., soft winding, dyeing, hydro extraction, drying, hard winding).
- Ensure dyeing is conducted as per recipe specifications, color standards, and customer requirements.
- Monitor machine performance (HTHP dyeing machines, hydro extractors, dryers, etc.) and ensure proper utilization.
- Maintain dyeing logs, production reports, and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the lab for shade matching and recipe correction.
- Control reprocessing and minimize shade variation, dye lot issues, and wastage.
- Train and guide workers and machine operators to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and ETP norms as per factory and local regulations.
- Liaise with maintenance and quality control teams for timely machine servicing and shade approvals.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of yarn types (cotton, polyester, blends) and dyeing chemistry.
- Ability to manage a team and handle shift operations independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Familiarity with color matching and têxtile lab procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with production software/reporting.

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory environment with shift-based work.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours based on production requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
