**Note**:
**Job Summary**: The Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role involves conducting safety inspections, providing training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Program Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s safety program.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Training and Education**:

- Conduct safety training sessions for employees and management.
- Create and distribute safety materials, including manuals and guidelines.
- **Inspections and Audits**:

- Perform regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- **Incident Investigation**:

- Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses to determine causes.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
- **Compliance**:

- Stay updated on relevant safety legislation and industry standards.
- Ensure the organization is compliant with PCB norms & guidelines.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Prepare reports on safety performance and incidents for management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with management and employees to promote a culture of safety.
- Collaborate with external agencies and safety consultants as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Only ME ( Industrial Safety Engineering )
- Freshers or Maximum 2 years of experience in safety management or supervision.
- Knowledge in Auto Cad is added advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
