Electrical Supervisor

**Job Purpose**:
To supervise, maintain, and ensure the efficient operation of all electrical systems and equipment in the dyeing industry plant, ensuring mínimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical System Maintenance**:

- Supervise the maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical equipment, machines, and systems used in the dyeing process.
- Ensure motors, transformers, switchgears, control panels, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) are functioning properly.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Identify electrical faults in machines and circuits and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to resolve electrical breakdowns and prevent production losses.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Conduct routine inspections to check for wear, overheating, or insulation faults.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Conduct safety audits and training for electrical staff regarding safe work practices and use of PPE.
- **Energy Management**:

- Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving solutions to reduce costs.
- Maintain proper records of power usage and machine efficiency.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise a team of electricians and helpers, provide work instructions, monitor performance, and conduct training.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of electrical maintenance jobs.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and parts replacements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the maintenance manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**:
Minimum 08-10years of experience in electrical maintenance in the dyeing or têxtile industry. with C license must
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of PLC, VFDs, Motors, Transformers, and Switchgear.
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems related to dyeing machines ( soft flow, dyeing machines).
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
