Laser Operator

**About Us**

Neptune Groups of Companies, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is seeking an effective and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Perundurai. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Laser Cutting Operator** to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety and operational procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Set up and adjust the laser cutting machines, including loading raw materials, adjusting parameters (e.g., speed, power, focus), and performing test cuts for precision.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or CAD files to understand cutting requirements.

Monitor and adjust machine performance to ensure optimal efficiency and mínimal defects.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laser cutting machines to ensure they are in good working condition.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues, including alignment, calibration, and software problems

Report any major machine faults or malfunctions to the maintenance team for further investigation and repair.

Ensure that cut materials meet customer requirements in terms of dimensions, tolerances, and surface quality.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when operating laser cutting machines and handling materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

Follow all company and industry regulations for safety, quality control, and environmental standards.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any production issues.

Assist in training new operators or team members as required.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 4 years of experience with laser cutting software such as Auto Cad, Solid Works, Creo (Software’s).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
