**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer queries through chat channels (live chat, social media, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide information on company products/services, troubleshoot issues, and offer recommendations to customers.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Escalation**: Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to senior team members or relevant departments for further assistance.
- **Maintain Service Standards**: Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams (e.g., technical support, sales, or operations) to ensure customer issues are fully addressed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, process changes, and best practices in customer service.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
