Timings:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Week Off:
Fixed Sunday

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our
Customer Support Team
for inbound processes (email & chat). The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries through email and chat.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum HSC (Graduate preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher or candidates with minimum 6 months of any experience.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000/- (in-hand).
  • Fixed Sunday off.
