- **Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Oversee talent strategy for the skill cluster.
- Monitor utilization of the people in the skill cluster and ensure efficient and timely deployment of people within VBU’s/Verticals by collaborating with RMG while focusing on cost, productivity, and billing rates.
- Manage people aspects including hiring, allocation, and performance management for Band 3 Cusp Roles. Additionally, act as a talent advocate, promoting internal mobility and ensuring skills are aligned with business objectives.
- Capability Building:
- Align with the CL and HDL to identify and build necessary capabilities within the skill cluster.
- Create and promote a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that talent is upskilled, cross-skilled, and reskilled.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives based on identified skill gaps.
- Continuous connect and monitoring of the competitive landscape to ascertain skill trends and needs.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with VBU-DLs and other stakeholders to understand delivery requirements and align skill cluster capabilities accordingly.
- Participate in regular meetings to ensure alignment of the skill cluster with organizational goals.
- Facilitate skill sharing and knowledge transfer within the team and the cluster, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for the skill cluster, focusing on people utilization, customer satisfaction, and talent development.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure high performance.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of skill development programs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the CL, VBU-DLs, and program managers, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Serve as a mentor and coach, offering personalized guidance to team members for their professional development.
- Process and Risk Management:
- Identify and implement improvements in delivery processes within the skill cluster.
- Proactively manage risks and propose solutions to systemic gaps or barriers in skill development.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present reports on the performance of the skill cluster, including talent utilization, skill development progress, and key achievements.
- Establish metrics to track the progress of skill development initiatives.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices relevant to the skill cluster.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance delivery capabilities of the team.
- Continuously adapt strategies aligned to market demand to meet evolving skill requirements.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Staying Agile and Adaptable:
- Remain agile and adaptable in refining strategies to address the rapidly evolving skill needs of the organization.
- Ensure that the workforce is equipped with the skills required for future success
