The Company also has strong socially responsible focus and supports the Srinivasan Services Trust to carry out numerous sustainable initiatives to positively contribute to the lives of communities across regions. **Group Company**: TVS Motor Company **Job Title**:Cluster Planner **Role Description**: - Implement quality process around customer experiences (buyer & non-buyer NPS, CLF and FnC) - Implement processes for assurance on process of network management for adequecy and effectiveness - Conduct review & control at dealership along with TMs and feedbacking to dealership for improvement and action - Provide crucial inputs towards customer experience, network management, training, engagement of dealership staff's to COE - Ensure skill matrix based training at dealership - Deploy actions at dealerships derived through insights from COE - Improve retail within the cluster through continued interaction with field team and sharing results of dealer analysis - Co-create action plan along with dealer & TMs to achieve Platinum dealership status in QLQD - Support 5S & TPM culture initiatives at selected dealerships - Percolating audit culture - Review and PDCA of TM on DT along with AM - Enable horizontal deployment of best practices through cluster forums - Drive usage of digital platforms for effective PDCA **Managing Points**: - Dealers achieving customer experience score (non-buyer NPS & buyer NPS) - Dealers achieving retail >area achievement - Platinum dealership in QLQD - DSE productivity improvement (no of DSEs >40) - DSE competency improvement **Competencies**: **Functional competency**: - QC Story - Excel **Behavioral competency**: - Business Acumen - Interpersonal skills - Communication skills - Executive Presence - Rigour in Execution
