**Cluster Planner - Demand Planning**

As the Cluster planner for the business region, responsible for forecasting the planning based on the market requirement in alignment with the growth projected by the management.

**Your Job**:

- Forecasting & planning on regional level for assigned product families.
- Lead monthly Sales Consensus Meeting with the stake holders and regional management.
- Reviewing monthly forecast with the regional management and Global BU planners and improve Forecast accuracy.
- Drive Large Order projects for the cluster.
- Analyse the data and prepare various reports.
- Responsible for planning of Phase-In/Phase-out products

**Your Qualification/ Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
- Hands-on experience using planning tool - Rapid Response.
- Good SAP knowledge in the SD and MM modules.
- Analytical and holistic thinking and acting, high level of initiative.
- High customer orientation, ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
