**Accountability and Objectives**
- As Demand Planner, he/she is the POC for developing and executing category level demand.
- End to end ownership of managing Forecast and Managing Inventory.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting and assortment planning.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability.

**Experience -**
- 2-3 years supply chain, inventory management and/or project management experience.
- Ability to effectively manage complex data sets and provide analysis and actionable insights.

**Knowledge**
- Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with SQL is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Graduation / Post Graduation in SCM or relevant field.
