**Key Responsibilities**:
**Franchise Sales**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners through various channels, including networking events, industry contacts, and online platforms.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads interested in opening a Cloud Dhobi franchise.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
- Conduct presentations to prospective franchisees, explaining the benefits and value proposition of Cloud Dhobi’s business model.
- Manage negotiations, including terms, franchise fees, and financial arrangements.
- **Franchise Conversion**:
- Qualify and onboard new franchisees by guiding them through the legal, financial, and operational aspects of the franchise agreement.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and signed for each new franchise partner.
**Franchise Deployment & Operations**:
- **Site Selection & Setup**:
- Assist franchisees in identifying suitable locations for their operations in alignment with Cloud Dhobi’s criteria.
- Oversee the setup process, ensuring the location meets all operational and branding requirements.
- **Training & Support**:
- Coordinate initial training programs for franchise owners and their teams on Cloud Dhobi's operational processes, systems, and customer service standards.
- Ensure smooth deployment of all systems and tools, from POS to inventory management.
- **Launch & Post-Launch Support**:
- Oversee the opening of new franchise locations, ensuring all logistics, staff, and systems are ready for a smooth launch.
- Provide ongoing operational support during the initial phase after launch to ensure franchisees’ success.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure franchises adhere to Cloud Dhobi’s operational and brand standards throughout the setup and launch phase.
- Address any operational challenges and provide solutions to improve franchise performance.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of franchise or business development.
- Deep understanding of the franchise business model and the ability to guide partners through the entire setup and launch process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with franchise partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deployments simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for operational issues during deployment and post-launch.
- Knowledge of marketing, branding, and operational systems in a franchise environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing franchise deployment or operational processes is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the laundry or service-based industry is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,588.40 - ₹52,575.99 per month
