Job Title: Fatafat Sales Associate - Trainee


Location:  Mohali, India

About the Role


We are looking for enthusiastic, driven interns to join our Fatafat product franchisee sales team. As a Franchisee Sales Intern, you will receive hands-on experience in B2B franchise sales, focusing on expanding the Fatafat network among small businesses in tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India and across the globe. This internship is designed to help you develop essential sales skills, build client relationships, and understand the nuances of franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Sales Development: Learn to identify and qualify potential franchise partners, conduct market research, and build a robust sales pipeline under the guidance of experienced mentors.

  • Client Engagement: Develop strong communication and presentation skills to engage with prospective franchisees, deliver product demonstrations, and address their questions.

  • Deal Negotiation: Gain experience in negotiating franchise agreements, handling objections, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with franchise partners, ensuring ongoing support and collaboration.

  • CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance data effectively.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on franchise industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies through regular training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
