Are you a people person with a knack for sales and a passion for problem-solving? Join our fast-growing eCommerce team as a **Customer Service Associate** and help us deliver outstanding support and drive sales

**What You'll Do**:

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Resolve product or service inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing
- Follow up on leads and abandoned carts to assist with conversions
- Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and pain points

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1 -2 year of experience in customer service or inside sales (eCommerce experience preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple chats/calls and remain calm under pressure
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and closing sales
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRMs, order management systems, and eCommerce platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
