Job Description: Business Development Executive
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing sales team at EduCADD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, lead nurturing, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth. Objective of this role
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, online research and from leads generated by marketing team
- Nurture the leads with constant engagement through digital means and develop prospects
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with prospects
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve revenue and conversion targets
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- Good proficiency in English and Hindi a must
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.
- Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- A master's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
- Experience working in the Franchising sales role with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
