The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tournaments, franchise management, athlete engagement, and sports-related brand promotions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage sports tournaments, leagues, and franchise events. Develop strategic relationships with athletes, coaches, academies, and corporate partners. Manage athlete endorsements, sponsorship activations, and engagement campaigns. Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives for sports programs, merchandise, or services. Oversee event logistics, budgeting, marketing collateral creation, and promotion strategies. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless event execution. Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations for tournaments and sponsorships. Key Skills & Competencies: Sports Marketing & Event Management Athlete & Franchise Engagement Sponsorship & Brand Activation B2B/B2C Sales in Sports Sector Budgeting, Planning, and Execution Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills CRM and Data Analysis for performance tracking Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field. 7+ years of experience in sports marketing, event management, or related domains. Proven track record in managing sports tournaments, athlete engagements, and franchise partnerships. Preferred: Experience in managing high-profile sporting events or leagues. Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer management in sports.
