Job Description: Service Marketing Relationship Executive

**Location**: Kozhenchery
**Qualification**: +2 or Graduation (preferably in Mechanical Domain)
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote and market the company’s services to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for service-related products.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, preferably in the mechanical domain.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market in Kozhenchery will be an added advantage.
