**Location**: Pathanamthitta (Primary) - Must be able to coordinate with Kochi & Dubai offices as required. Travel & accommodation will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Branding**:

- Act as the **face of Skillspark Academy & SBMS**, maintaining a professional and polished image.
- Develop and execute **marketing campaigns** across online and offline platforms.
- Represent the company at **corporate events, expos, and networking forums**.
- Visit **colleges, universities, and corporate offices** to promote educational and business programs.
- Create **marketing presentations and promotional materials** to engage clients and students.
- Ensure strong **brand positioning** in the market through digital and traditional strategies.

**Client & Corporate Engagement**:

- Attend and participate in **client meetings, discussions, and industry events** in India and internationally.
- Build relationships with **corporate partners, academic institutions, and business leaders**.
- Support business development by identifying potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensure professional **representation of the company at high-profile meetings and seminars**.

**Digital Marketing & Lead Generation**:

- Manage **social media, online campaigns, and lead generation activities**.
- Work on **SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing**, and content strategies.
- Develop marketing reports based on data analysis and provide recommendations.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare and present **reports, performance insights, and marketing analytics** to management.
- Attend **internal meetings and strategy sessions**, providing updates and key findings.
- Coordinate with **different branches (Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Dubai)** to maintain marketing alignment.
- Ensure seamless **communication across teams, clients, and external stakeholders**.
- Bachelor's Degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field**.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in marketing, branding, or business development.
- Freshers with exceptional talent and presentation skills will also be considered.

**Technical & Professional Skills**:

- **Strong Digital Marketing Knowledge** - SEO, SEM, Google & Social Media Ads.
- **Excellent Presentation & Public Speaking Skills** - Confident and engaging.
- **Report Preparation & Business Analysis Skills** - Ability to present insights.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**:

- **Ability to travel domestically & internationally** (Travel & accommodation provided)
- **Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing Skills** (preferred)
- **Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation** (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
