Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Curtains & Furnishings

Location: Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Adoor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with specialized knowledge in curtains, fabrics, and home furnishings. The successful candidate will be responsible for both driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients for curtains, blinds, and home furnishings.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on fabrics, designs, and home décor trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and facilitate the entire sales process from initial consultation to purchase.
  • Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales records.

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote curtains, blinds, and furnishing products.
  • Collaborate with the management team to design promotional campaigns, including special offers, discounts, and events.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website updates and social media accounts, to showcase products and engage with customers.
  • Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Product & Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in interior décor, window treatments, and furnishing solutions.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of product lines and communicate the unique selling points to customers.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and marketing campaign results to management.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on performance and customer trends to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive, ideally in the curtains and home furnishings industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, window treatments, and home décor trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, and website management.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field are preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the home furnishings or related industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
