Field Sales Executive

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate new business leads.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- **Sales Negotiation**:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with the company's overall goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and market demands.
- **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Continuous Learning**:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
