**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**:
- Identify, research, and develop qualified leads across the US, UK, and European markets.
- **Understanding ICP**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and fully understand Virtual Captains’ Ideal Customer Profile.
- Target relevant segments and decision-makers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- **Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM to track leads, interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Organize daily tasks and outreach efforts to optimize efficiency and improve conversion rates.
- **Discovery Call Scheduling**:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Virtual Captains’ services to persuade prospects to schedule discovery calls with the sales team.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to share insights on lead quality, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on prospect pain points, objections, and competitor positioning to refine messaging and strategies.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for discovery call scheduling and new opportunities created.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the international sales pipeline.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience criteria is met).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in international lead generation, prospecting, or sales.
- **Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with US, UK, and European markets, including cultural nuances and business etiquette.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong research skills to identify target prospects and determine potential fits.
- **Self-Motivated**: Driven, resilient, and results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- **Teamwork**: Must be a team player who is eager to learn and contribute to team success.
