About Court Click
Court Click is a LegalTech startup changing how people access court info – from hearing dates to certified copies and live updates. We make things simpler for both lawyers and the public. We're looking for a Sales and Growth Associate to help grow our litigant user base. If you're good at talking to people, know how to follow up on leads, and can convert interest into users – we'd love to have you on the team.
What You'll Do:
* Focus on promoting Court Click's litigant version (for the general public)
*Handle inbound and outbound leads – through WhatsApp, calls, and in person meets
*Visit courts, legal offices, and public spaces to explain and onboard new users
*Support growth planning – suggest new outreach ideas, target segments, and local strategies
*Run and support local marketing efforts – online promotions, referrals, small events *Follow up with interested users and convert them into active customers
*Coordinate with the team for creatives, offers, and lead updates
*Share regular feedback on what's working and what users are saying
What We're Looking For:
*Someone who's confident speaking to people – online and offline
*Comfortable with fieldwork and reaching out actively
*Takes ownership of tasks and follows through without reminders
*Good at communicating, following up, and closing leads
Bonus if you've done sales, marketing, or lead-based roles before
Should know how to drive and be open to travelling within the city
Are tech-friendly and comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software
At Court Click, you won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll work closely with leadership, get hands-on experience in HR, operations, and strategy, and learn what it takes to scale a startup.
