We are seeking a **proactive and growth-focused Sales Associate** to join our team in Kochi. If you have experience in construction materials, real estate, or B2B business development—and have strong communication skills in Malayalam—this role is a great fit for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across builders, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
- Present our construction-related products/services with a consultative selling approach.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that add value.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly growth targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, client meetings, and deal progress.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Coordinate closely with sales support and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

**What You Should Bring**:

- 1-3 years of business development experience in **construction, building materials, or real estate**.
- Proficiency in **Malayalam (mandatory)** and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to open doors, develop trust, and close deals.
- A self-motivated mindset with a focus on targets and client satisfaction.
- Comfort with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.

**Preferred Background**:

- Previous experience in selling **TMT bars, cement, tiles, paints, or construction services**.
- An existing network of contacts among builders and contractors in Kerala.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
