**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative**
**Location**: Jalandhar
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques and strategies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹11,924.99 - ₹15,710.12 per month
