**US Inside Sales Representative**
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Work Model**: Onsite (5 days working)
- Night shift
**Shift Timings**: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **US Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in inside sales, particularly in the US market, and a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition. You will play a critical role in driving business growth through B2B sales and maintaining excellent client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify, qualify, and generate leads through targeted outreach and cold calling.
- **First-Level Client Interaction**: Conduct initial calls to engage prospects, understand their needs, and set up further discussions.
- **Market Expertise**: Leverage your knowledge of the US market to strategize and execute sales plans.
- **B2B Sales**: Develop and nurture relationships with potential business clients to promote IT services or products.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring all activities are documented.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Communication Excellence**: Exhibit exceptional fluency in English to effectively communicate with US-based clients.
**Requirements**:
Need Experience selling IT Services i.e custom software development like (Mobile Application, Web developement)
- **Market Knowledge**: Demonstrated experience in the US market and B2B sales.
- **Sales Skills**: Expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement.
- **Language Proficiency**: Exceptional fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Work Hours**: Ability to work during US business hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST).
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions.
