**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets** by driving agent sign-ups, increasing active users, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Maintain Relationships** with existing agents to drive retention and maximize usage of the platform.
- **Collaborate with Teams** (Operations, Marketing, and Product) to optimize agent success and feedback integration.
- **Track & Report** sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience in Inside Sales**, preferably in **EdTech** or B2B sales.
- Strong **consultative selling skills** with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent **communication & negotiation skills** (verbal & written).
- Ability to **build rapport** and influence decision-making remotely.
- Comfortable working with **CRM tools and sales automation platforms**.
- Self-driven, with a growth-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
