**Inside Sales Representative (CRM) Job Description**

**Position**: Inside Sales Representative (CRM)
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated **Inside Sales Representative** to generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients via platforms like **Trade India, Gem, IndiaMart, and Facebook**. You will work from the office, driving sales growth by engaging clients, conducting virtual presentations, and collaborating with the outside sales team to convert leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and presenting product offerings.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct virtual demos and presentations to showcase products.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track leads and opportunities in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the outside sales team to support large deals.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with order processing and after-sales service.
- **Reporting**: Submit regular sales activity reports to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in inside sales or telesales.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM software
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
