**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CSE Voice - Telegu to join our team at Mattsen Kumar In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through voice calls in the Telegu language. As a CSE Voice - Telegu, you will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fluency in Telegu, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide customer support through voice calls in the Telegu language
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively assist customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
