We are looking for a BI Professional to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) BI Team to support the business transformation to proactively using data in all aspects of our decision making.

What This Job Involves
You’ll join our Project and Development Services (PDS) business. Your focus will be on implementing & delivering measurable change that will enable our people to be more productive, reduce risk, and strengthen governance, compliance, and access insights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate summary in a BI dashboard which represent operational data in brief and intelligible format, suitable for the target audience, which includes executive leadership department managers and executive board of directors.
Understand and document the business need and ensure in context of building BI solutions.
Carry out quality assessment of data, data reports and the accompanying decisions.
Facilitate the design and development of the most appropriate model to meet and exceed the requirement.
Build visualizations that tell a compelling story and turn data into actionable insights.
Effective collaboration with stakeholders including - training/guiding the business users to use new BI dashboards and communicating results and business impacts of insight initiatives to the relevant stakeholders.
Conduct analysis of findings and offer action-driven recommendations and insights to executive leaders and managers on the basis of results.
Trail industry yard stick, trends and benchmarks, and convey such information to executive leaders.
Understand the current state BI landscape and facilitate define a future state that brings innovation and fresh thinking while addressing the current and future needs of the business for our people to deliver the best outcomes for our business users within the APAC region.
Be well versed in the latest BI trends to ensure that JLL remains at the forefront of the industry by continuing innovating and improving.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, or social science. 5+ years of experience in the fields of information science, computer science or analytics preferred.
Expertise in BI visualizing using Microsoft Power BI.
Solid understanding of database design and modelling to facilitate the development of optimized BI models is a must.
Knowledge of SQL queries, ETL process and Power BI Dataflows including Power Automate flows.
Understanding of statistical modelling techniques including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, classification, model selection, natural language processing.
Understanding of Data Wrangling
- Data Discovery, Acquisition & Transformation process and the specific use of tools to support Self Service data preparation and data governance.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business and technical teams.
