The Business Analyst will analyze business performance and deliver insights that growth metrics in an analytical framework to measure sales efficiency, marketing ROI, and product adoption.The role requires a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative professional who can translate complex datasets into actionable insights and guide strategic decisions - ensuring consistency and clarity across all reporting frameworks.ResponsibilitiesSales and Marketing AnalyticsDeliver high-quality data analysis on the sales funnel, marketing campaign ROI, and customer acquisition trends.Develop dashboards for conversion, retention, account growth across channels. Partner with teams to optimize targeting and growth.Cross-functional Performance & Churn Metrics ReportingAnalyse product and feature adoption.Build and maintain reporting frameworks that align Sales, Marketing, and Product, working closely with Finance to support revenue predictability.Conduct analysis on pricing, discounting, ACV mix, and win/loss dataData Governance & Process ImprovementEnhance analytics systems and processes through automation and best practices.Maintain KPI contracts, data dictionaries, and attribution rules. Lead quarterly governance reviews with stakeholdersRequirementsFamiliarity with using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce) are key .Minimum 3 years in analytics within SaaS, B2B, or digital product environments.
