The Business Analyst collaborates with business units, project managers, and development teams to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, performing dataanalysis, creating process flow diagrams, and facilitating communication between business andtechnical teams. The Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that projects are deliveredon time, within scope, and meet the business’s strategic objectives..What you'll do:- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and technical specifications.- Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimizations or automation.- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business enhancement.- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment of goals.- Solution Design: Collaborate with project teams to design solutions that meet business needs while balancing technical feasibility.- Testing & Validation: Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring that solutions meet defined business requirements.- Reporting & Documentation: Provide clear documentation of requirements, business rules, and process flows to ensure transparency and alignment.What you'll need:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and process mapping.- A minimum of 2 years of experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) is preferred.- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Who will excel?- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
