**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding property listings, pricing, availability, and related details.
- Guide customers through the initial stages of the sales and marketing processes, answering their questions and addressing any initial concerns.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating more complex matters to senior team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the company's services, marketing initiatives, and basic sales procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed and gauge their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and identify potential areas for service improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of basic customer-related reports and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the real estate or a service-oriented industry.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi.
- Good active listening and basic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused attitude with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Basic understanding of the real estate sales and marketing process is a plus.
