
Guest Relation Executive for Restaurant

A restaurant hostess is responsible for greeting customers as they enter, managing reservations, seating guests, and ensuring that the dining area is organized and welcoming. They handle inquiries, manage waitlists, and may assist with taking phone calls for reservations. A hostess also plays a key role in maintaining a positive first impression of the restaurant.
