Job Description: BPO Executive

Location: Noida/Gurugram

Salary Range: 10,000 - 20,000 INR per month

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a BPO Executive. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will involve handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our company's products or services.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and accurate information.
- Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating through multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Strong customer focus and empathy towards customers' needs.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends.
- English mandate
