**Reporting to**: Project coordinator

**Preferred location**: Nashik, Bhusawal, Paras, Parli

**Training** - Monitoring of site, Safety, sampling as per client methodology

**Responsibility**:

- monitoring of all the sites cover in his area - Methodology of sampling, Manpower, attendance, inventory, transportation
- Should have proper understanding of SOP, systems related documents and capability to train site supervisor, samplers as and when required
- do surprise visit at different points of sites periodically & check the collection and preparation procedure, documentation and competency of manpower Check the sample collection/preparation record daily, transportation data at the end of the day and share consolidated report to his reporting manager
- prepare and maintain data having details of manpower, weighbridge/ collection points, preparation points
- To fulfill statutory requirement of work place like VTC, IME, police verification, etc.
- Should have knowledge of site situation/pending issues of local manpower which may turn in to strike
- Should proactively work to resolve local issues/ strike or complain raised by Client
- recruit the local supervisor and sampler upon receipt of approval and train them before authorize for work
- Maintain and submit deviation register that is used to monitor deviation in day to day activity
- maintain good housekeeping of accommodation facility & transport facility provided by company (e.g. proper usage of vehicle, petro card, log book)
- seek approval of competent authority for local purchase of inventory
- work towards improvement and optimization of resources used for operation i.e. manpower, transportation, Inventories etc.
- maintain stock and distribute inventory at area office as well as sites facility, advance inventory request to HO, submit the stock details on monthly basis
- maintain communication with respective client for operational related queries
- maintain and submit the expense report against petty cash provided by accounts department
- control and minimize the expenses incurred at site
- take action against supervisor and sampler if any non-conformity observer due to them
- Accountability:

- smooth functioning of area operation (all location working in area)
- training to manpower working under him
- punctuality and competency of manpower working under him
- Resolve local issues
- sample collection and timely preparation - SLA
- communication with client
- proper usage of facility provided by company
- availability of inventory, PPE's at area office, site facility
- proper usage of petty cash
- timely sharing of site related documents and data to HO
- sample transportation to laboratory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
