**Service Delivery & Service Excellence**:
**Responsible for scaling up Service Delivery and manage End to End Service Delivery and ensure Effective budget allocation and management Responsible for achieving the set targets for Service customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the CMS in making the list of day team from technical front.**

**Service Strategy & Revenue generation**:
**Facilitate to Develop & Execute training modules for the field service team. Responsible for Service revenue and Service related Sales revenue across the designated region. Supervise the service function of the organization, major focus on Contract Renewal. Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery. Management of day to day Service Delivery Working within SOP.**

**Achieving TAT & Quality as per SLA.**

**Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information**

**Implement Quality adherence initiatives &Create**

**Timely Billing & Collection targets.**

**Team management.**

**Management of Relationships with Clients, Internal Stakeholders Escalations. Client feedback. Relation with OEM to get appropriate support Preventive Maintenance**

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- System Integrator: 3 years (preferred)
