**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven **Process Coordinator & Auditor** to ensure seamless execution and auditing of our production processes within the fashion manufacturing environment. This dual-role position requires managing production workflows while auditing quality, compliance, and operational efficiency at every stage—from sourcing to shipment.

**Key Responsibilities:Process Coordination**:

- Coordinate the end-to-end production process including sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch.
- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, merchandising, QA) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Track materials, orders, and inventory to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflow and task progress.

**Auditing & Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct process audits at every key production stage (in-line and final inspection).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and compliance protocols.
- Audit vendor facilities and in-house departments to identify gaps or non-compliance.
- Generate audit reports and present findings with action-oriented recommendations.
- Monitor corrective actions and follow-up on process improvements.
- Support compliance with industry regulations (sustainability, labor, safety, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in production coordination and/or quality auditing in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance audits.
- Proficient in MS Office and audit/production tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
