**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled **Performance Marketing Freelancer** to drive **lead generation**, **website traffic**, and **successful customer acquisition** in the steel industry, with a focus on **TMT Bars**. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives on data, optimization, and tangible growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and more.
- Drive high-quality **lead generation** from online sources.
- Optimize campaigns for **lead conversion** and **customer acquisition**.
- Analyze performance data to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage customer relationships post-lead conversion to ensure retention.
- Deliver **measurable results** through structured, well-analyzed marketing efforts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **performance marketing** and **digital advertising**, preferably in the **steel/TMT bar** industry.
- Expertise in **PPC**, **Meta Ads**, and **SEO** strategies.
- Hands-on experience with **Facebook Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and **Google AdWords**.
- Demonstrated success in **lead generation** and **customer acquisition**.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for **data-driven decision making**.
- Exceptional **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Strong **presentation** and client interaction abilities.
